I've been using this for my daily commute for about a month and the straps still feel comfortable even when it's loaded with my laptop and lunch. The compartments keep everything organized, which I didn't expect to appreciate this much.

Took this on a week-long trip and it swallowed way more than I expected for how slim it looks. The straps stayed comfortable even after lugging it through two airports, and nothing inside shifted around.

The zipper pulls glide so smoothly I actually look forward to packing it each morning, and the fabric has held up perfectly through months of rainy commutes. It’s roomy enough for my gym clothes plus a change of shoes without ever feeling bulky on my shoulders.
