Stella G. ★★★★★

The padded straps actually make a difference on my hour-long commute, no shoulder aches even with a laptop and lunch inside. Everything has its own pocket so I'm not digging around at the train station anymore.

Hannah Z. ★★★★★

Took this on a week-long trip and the zippers never once snagged, which says a lot since I overstuffed it. The straps stayed comfortable through long airport walks too.

Aurora ★★★★★

The laptop sleeve actually fits my 15-inch work machine with room to spare, and the side pockets hold a water bottle without bulging weirdly. Zippers feel sturdy enough for daily commuting. Two months in and it still looks new.
