Chloe ★★★★★

Took this on a weekend trip and the straps stayed comfortable even with a laptop and two days of clothes stuffed inside. The material feels genuinely durable, not that flimsy nylon you usually get at this price.

Hazel ★★★★★

I've been taking this on my daily commute for three weeks, and the weight distribution across the shoulders makes a loaded bag feel surprisingly light. It's also shrugged off a few rainy walks with every book inside staying totally dry.

Sophia A. ★★★★☆

The laptop sleeve actually fits my 15-inch machine with the case on, which is rare. The straps dig in a little when it's fully loaded, but for daily commuting it's been solid.
