I've been using this for my daily commute for about a month now and the straps still feel comfortable even when it's loaded with my laptop and lunch. The material has held up well through rain and being tossed in my car trunk.

Took this on a week-long trip and the straps never dug into my shoulders, even loaded heavy. The durable fabric shrugged off a rainy walk between terminals without soaking through.

The padded laptop compartment fits my 15-inch perfectly, and the water bottle pocket actually holds my thermos without it flopping out. It’s surprisingly light for how much it can carry.
