Steven I. ★★★★★

The zippers glide smoothly even when it's packed full, and the padding on the shoulder straps kept my back comfortable through a long airport day. It holds its shape well instead of sagging like my old bag did.

Amelia T. ★★★★★

Took this on a week-long trip and it swallowed way more than I expected without feeling bulky. The zippers glide smoothly and the straps stayed comfortable even after hours of walking through airports.

Abigail S. ★★★★★

The laptop sleeve is well padded and my 15-inch fits snug without the bag feeling bulky. Used it for a week of commuting and a weekend trip, and it still looks new. Zippers glide smoothly, which matters more than I expected.
