Took this on a week-long trip and it swallowed my laptop, two days of clothes and a pair of shoes without bulging. The straps don't dig in even after hauling it through three airports. Feels sturdy enough that I stopped babying it by day two.

The zippers glide smoothly even when it's stuffed full, which I didn't expect at this price. Took it on a weekend trip and the straps stayed comfortable through a long airport walk.

The main compartment fits my laptop and lunch bag without bulging, and the padded straps are comfortable even on long walks. Exactly the durable, functional bag I needed for commuting.
